What is Vandor

Vandor is a real estate investment, development and management firm based in Barcelona focused on the non-permanent living segment. Founded in 2019, Vandor Real Estate was created with the ambition of becoming a leading company in responsible property management and in the development of innovative housing models within the co-living sector.

Our goal is to provide our tenants with fully furnished living spaces that enhance their experience and well-being during their stay in our buildings. The company strives to increase real estate value by generating and improving income through development, repositioning, repurposing, and productivity enhancement.

Vandor Real Estate owns and manages a diverse portfolio of operating properties and development projects located in Spain's main cities. We currently hold assets across cities, offering high-quality temporary housing for students and young professionals, providing a legal and respectful alternative in a segment that has historically been informal.

Our co-living spaces are managed by our in-house operator specialized in this type of asset, Cotown Group, which operates under two brands: Vanguard Student Housing, serving the student population, and Cotown, catering to young professionals and digital nomads.
